Job description

Job Description:

• Assist clients in the preparation and filing of immigration applications for Temporary and Permanent residence visas.
• Research requirements for immigration processes/documentation via internet, direct phone communication with visa offices, host country government authorities.
• Interact with clients to obtain and complete documents required for visa applications.
• Review documentation provided by applicants for accuracy prior to delivery to representative for final review.
• Complete assessments of immigration requirements based on information provided by clients.
• Act as intermediary between representative and clients.
• Record keeping and managing all client data files within the company database and maintain confidentiality.
• Respond to client requests and inquiries regarding immigration requirements.
• Send the files of clients to Embassy.
• Respond to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails.
• Handle Customer queries in a timely

Required Candidate profile:
• Male /Female both candidates can apply for this profile.
• Excellent growth opportunity.
• Good English communication skills both written and verbal
