Job Description :Role and Responsibilities :- The Senior Project Manager / Project Manager ( IT Application Manager) will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions within the IT department ( including SAP and NON ERP Applications). - They will ensure that applications and systems align with the organization's business objectives and lead a team of professionals. The key responsibilities include :- Developing and implementing strategy, governance, and delivery for SAP and Non ERP Projects.- Managing projects related to SAP implementation and enhancement- Optimizing business processes through continuous improvement initiatives- Vendor and stakeholder managementCandidate Qualifications :To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- PMP certification is a plus- SAP certifications are highly desirableRequired Skills :- Project management : Should have fair understanding of SDLC and well versed with .net, php , mobile app based software development. - Business process optimization- Vendor and stakeholder management (ref:hirist.tech)
