Job description

As this role will be a global role, flexibility in working hours will be required, however, we should be able to manage this responsibly.

Job Responsibility:-

Utilize advanced data mining techniques to extract, clean, and analyze data from Lead Forensics, Visual Visitor, Zoom Info, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Create targeted data lists based on specific criteria such as industry, company size, job titles, and geographical location, leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand data requirements and develop tailored data lists to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts. Manage the practice training calendars globally Provide customer support to clients [individual and corporate] in regards to learner/corporate registration, and support throughout the learning cycle including issues of learner training results and certificates and examination results Maintenance of learner data in the Kelmac Group product platform/website, i.e. bookings, invoices, client records, consultant documentation and records, etc. Answering client and learner queries including details of training events, queries, emails, etc. Actively supporting marketing and sales, i.e. bookings, proposals, visual visitors, and equivalent client and learner data, etc. Providing support to consultants, especially regarding learning events, i.e. appointment of consultants for client engagements, consultant documentation and records, following up with consultants proactively for learner records, etc.
