Primary skills to be required for this role :a) Prior experience in working in the development of IPAAS platformsb) Minimum 2+ years of experience in Nodejs Development and typescript.c) Hands-on experience with Express and React JSd) Hands-on experience with any cloud service (Cloud Functions)The willingness to learn and a natural tendency to question the status quo is what we are looking for in a Node.js developer. You need to demonstrate the willingness to develop with new/unfamiliar technologies and be motivated and open to learn.What about hard skills of a Node.js developer? You need to have proven Expertise in NodeJS, ExpressJS, and NPM.a) Excellent development experience using web and JavaScript technologies and expertise with Frameworks, JavaScript, TypeScript, AJAX, DOM, and version control systems (such as git).b) Expertise in developing NodeJS-based APIs with RDBMS or NoSQL database back-end.c) Experience in AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, etc is a plus.d) Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.e) Good understanding of NodeJS asynchronous runtime and JS concepts on callbacks and closures.f) Good working exposure consuming web services (REST) and processing data (JSON)g) Proficiency when it comes to code versioning tools like GIT, Actions, CI/CDh) Experience with SQLite, NoSQL, Redis, or other databasesi) Experience in debugging issues related to memory leaks.j) Hands-on experience with any of the logging frameworksk) Well-versed with troubleshooting issues and debugging JavaScript code.l) Ability to integrate a variety of data sources and databases into a single systemm) Understanding of Unit Testing concepts and experience with Unit Testing tools like Jest.n) Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, etc.)o) Thorough understanding of design principles and implementation of different types of Design patterns.p) Hands-on experience in using code quality tools like SonarQube.q) Experience with Code management tools.r) Hands-on experience with Caching mechanisms.
