System: reporting to HOD, authority to select candidates for the final interview, evaluation, training, responsible for change management, understand the situation, proactive approach, report making, attendance payroll, legal, insurance people career planning.
Team: All staff new old of company, Accountant, CA, legal associates, leasing partners, I C workers, Contractors, Govt. Dept. Sales Team All Others.
Hiring Goals: Recruitment Skills, planning of manpower, expectation vs. reality check, evaluation, training, compliance, motivation, ability to handle manpower of every rank, experience in project manpower handling, grievience, reporting, etc.
