Job Title: Telecaller
Job Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Tele callers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls from interested clients, and providing information or closing sales. The goal is to promote and sell products or services, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script. Generate leads and follow up on existing leads. Provide information about products or services and answer questions from clients. Understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings accordingly. Maintain and update customer databases. Achieve set targets for call volumes, sales, and customer satisfaction. Keep accurate records of calls and sales transactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Requirements: Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English, Tamil and one more regional language is preferable. Ability to persuade, influence, and close sales. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to work well in a team environment.
