We Have Vacancy For The Post Of Sales Coordinator in –Mumbai-Malad.

JOB PROFILE:-
• Send quotation to Client requesting to confirm the order about the product (LT and HT cables).
• Regular follow up sent to client for quotation confirmation. TENDER
• Upon quotation confirmation from client we received a final purchase order. TENDER
• After confirmation from client we have to liaise with warehouse team to confirm about the availability of the product
• Upon validation, we inform the client about the delivery date.
• After client confirmation we have to deliver the product as per agreed deadline.
• Need to follow up and confirm the status with the internal department till the product get delivered.
• Maintained purchase order and invoice after successful delivery of the product.
• As per the company guidelines we have to follow up on the payment status with the client.
• Advanced Excel.
