Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager of MICE operations at CARNIVAL HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of MICE operations. This includes but is not limited to planning, organizing, and executing events, managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring high-quality service for our clients. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring that all events run smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to plan, organize, and execute events with a high level of attention to detail Proven track record of managing budgets and negotiating with vendors Experience in the MICE industry and knowledge of industry trends and best practices Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, Communication, or related field Experience in managing a team of professionals Proficiency in MS Office and event management software
