Role And Responsibilities

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for inside sales and marketing tasks such as making calls, follow-ups, and setting up appointments. They will also handle e-mail communication, mailing marketing materials, and corresponding with potential customers. The candidate should have the ability to create content and communicate effectively online to build the company's reputation and understand target audiences. It is important for the candidate to have knowledge of the best ways to communicate with potential and existing customers and provide verbal responses to qualify individuals efficiently. The primary objectives and responsibilities include lead generation for new clients, telephone prospecting, scheduling appointments, building rapport with confident phone presence, conducting leads follow-up, nurturing leads until appointments are confirmed, text and email prospecting, extensive research on social networks to build a prospect database, and identifying key contacts. The candidate will also need to have good knowledge of time zones and perform regular follow-ups with prospects.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in business development executive roles, preferably in online bidding platforms such as UPWORK, GURU, PEOPLE PER HOUR, FREELANCE, and others. They should have a proven track record of generating leads and strengthening client relationships through regular follow-ups. Good knowledge of different technologies and effective communication skills through calls, emails, and Skype calls are required. The candidate should be able to build business relationships with current and potential clients, understand their needs and offer suitable solutions and support. Developing proposals for clients, maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans, closing leads, and working with clients throughout project completion are also part of the candidate's responsibilities. The candidate should be comfortable contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products.
