infrastructure development which includes knowledge in fields such as civil
engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and more, depending on
the project's nature. The ability to interpret and create detailed engineering drawings
and designs.Brief Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Planning and coordination of the design phase of the project. This includes setting
design goals, creating project schedules, and ensuring that the design work is on
track.
Manage a team of engineers, architects, designers, and drafters responsible for
creating the project's design documents. This involves assigning tasks, providing
guidance, and ensuring the team works efficiently and effectively.
Development of project design concepts, & detail design and engineering ensuring

Knowledge of Compliance and Standards which includes all relevant industry
standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations,
provide project updates, and address any design-related issues or changes.
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure that materials and equipment
specified in the design are available and meet project requirements.
Ensuring that the design work meets high-quality standards and that all design
documents are accurate and complete.
Overseeing the creation, organization, and management of all design-related
documents, including drawings, specifications, and design reports.
Addressing design challenges, conflicts, and issues as they arise during the
project, and finding solutions to keep the project on track.
Verify the cost of offer before submission of client
To review the Engineering in perspective of value engineering and cost deduction
To using proper PPE’s at the time of site visit/ working.
To follow safety rules, company EHS policy at the of site visit/working.
To ensure health, safety and environmental internal & external aspects while
designing.
Authority:
Providing leadership and direction to the design team
Give suggestions about designing.
To guide the execution team with technical expertise.
To change the design in case of emergency.
To decide work / team plan of action.
On spot changes as per site requirement.
Instruct team for work and take follow up.
To assign task to any skilled labour.Accountability:
Accountable for overseeing and managing the entire design phase of the EPC project.

practices.
