Job Description:
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for Manpower planning, Production planning, Maintenance, quality control, logistics, and dispatch from the plant.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the smooth and efficient printing of Tin cans as per client specifications
2. Align the day-to-day work of the printing team with production benchmarks
3. Oversee all print jobs. Identify the process for each job, document it, and assign the work.
4. Effective coordination with our assembly units at Vasai for production planning and logistics.
5. Handling customer complaints and CAPA, with data analysis.
Job Qualifications:
1. 10 to 12 years of Proven experience in Production planning, maintenance, and quality control, preferably in the printing of Metal cans.
2. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
3. Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering / Degree/Diploma in Printing, Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus
4. Excellent communication skills
