Job description
What you will need to do:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop a client base.
- Follow up on Key Accounts generated by the Head of Sales to build relationships with clients and close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Initiate conversations with new leads, and close deals that help them grow in the plant based ecosystem through our offerings - events, media(online & offline), content, and personalised marketing solutions.
- Create and deliver presentations and sales proposals to clients.
- Keep track of sales activities and provide timely reports to the to the Head of Sales.
- Participate in trade shows and other events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Maintain and update client information in the company database.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Creating end-to-end process, owning the quality of sales initiation funnel, creating new qualified leads for closure.
What you will need to have:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in the plant-based or digital marketing industry.
- 1.5+ years experience preferably in events/media
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for the plant-based movement and a desire to make a positive impact.
- Familiarity with digital marketing solutions, terms, and industry best practices.
