Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Continental Chef to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As a Continental Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious continental dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation standards. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Creativity and passion for cooking
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience
- Good knowledge of healthy cooking options
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking procedures are followed accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Maintain knowledge of current food trends and new techniques
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Train and mentor junior chefs
- Assist in menu planning and development
