Job description
The Employee is responsible for daily management and development of the e-commerce website, including content management, SEO optimization, customer experience enhancements, and website security. This position requires a strong understanding of web technologies and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful operation of the online business.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and traffic, especially amazon.
2. Monitor website performance metrics, such as conversion rates and traffic.
3. Improve user experience by optimizing search engine optimization (SEO) for key phrases.
4. Manage product catalogues, pricing structures and promotions.
5. Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure that new features are implemented correctly.
6. Ensure that all customer queries are managed in a timely manner.
7. Analyse website performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
8. Manage content creation, updates and moderation on the ecommerce platform.
9. Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements as necessary.
10. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to ecommerce operations.
