Responsibilities Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals, focusing on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize analytics and metrics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. Test, iterate, and optimize campaigns across various channels to increase ROI. Content Marketing: Develop and execute content strategy to ensure it effectively supports growth goals, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and blog content. Lead Generation: Implement and optimize lead generation campaigns to attract and convert targeted accounts into customers. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with product development and customer feedback. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the Conversational AI space to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
