What youll do:
Designing, Planning and Implementation of Quality Assurance in automations under the guidance of Quality lead, testing and documentation.
Work with Managers and Tech leads to chart out the test strategy and roadmap of the products
Responsible for products end to end testing methodology and strategy by following best practices.
Hands-on with the automation test suite development using Selenium, Worksoft Certify
Building Test Case automation scripts for SAP technologies (Knowledge of ABAP) and SAAS Products in Procure to Pay area like ARIBA, COUPA
Setup and execute automation tests, derive KPIs and conduct periodic measurement analysis, deliver and communicate test results.
Responsible for assessing bugs priority & severity, effectively communicate to stakeholders.
Engage with Product Management and Business Teams across the globe to drive the agenda, understand priorities and lead towards delivering quality products.
Working closely with development team and setting the team to improve product quality.
Participate in hiring and building teams to be high performing agile teams.
Involve in development efforts and willing to contribute back to the team, also enable team on automation test implementation
Be part of on-call rotation to support applications along with the development team, identify issues and work towards resolution.
What youll bring:
B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science
3 to 6 years of experience in Manual & Automation Testing frameworks in a large-scale distributed environment
Good at computer science fundamentals like Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns.
Expertise in implementing Test Automation using tools like Selenium , Worksoft Certify, Solman etc
Experience on building automation scripts for SAP technologies (SAP GUI/UI5/Web portals)
Knowhow of SAP ABAP or Open stack (JavaScript / React)
Experience in Functional and Integration testing with cross browsers or products
Testing experience with SAP Products ( SAP ECC, SAP MM, SAP FI, Ariba , Coupa , S4)
Able to deliver modules within application
Experience on Regression & Performance Testing on SAP (preferred)
Clear communication skills to work closely with stakeholders on Sprint/Test Strategy
Good interpersonal skills - including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; ability to prioritize, influence and persuade without direct control.
Practitioner of Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
Passionate to learn new technologies and also ability to quickly adapt to change.
