Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Marketing at Woxsen University in Hyderabad. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, designing and grading assignments, and conducting research. The Assistant Professor will also be expected to provide academic and research guidance to undergraduate and graduate students, and participate in faculty meetings and committees within the university.
Qualifications
- A strong academic background and demonstrable interest in the field of specialization
- PhD in the relevant discipline, from a recognized university
- A minimum 3 years post PhD experience
- Experience in teaching and research, preferably at the university level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students and colleagues
- Ability to design and deliver effective lectures and course materials
- Proven research abilities, with published work in reputable peer-reviewed journals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with innovative teaching techniques and technology-enhanced learning is a plus
- Experience with industry and community engagement is a plus
