Shop Foreman

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shop Foreman. The Shop Foreman is responsible for supervising the daily activities of the shop floor, managing repairs and maintenance of heavy equipment, overseeing carpentry work, and ensuring timely completion of projects. The Shop Foreman is also responsible for maintaining effective communication with the production team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining a safe working environment. The role is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

• Supervisory skills, including experience in managing a team
• Expertise in heavy equipment, including maintenance and repair
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Carpentry skills and experience in working with wood and metal
• Experience in maintenance and repair of trucks and trailers
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• A degree or diploma in mechanical or industrial engineering is preferred
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
