Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Account Support to join our team at NeXjob.in, a leading IT services and IT consulting company. As an Account Support, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our clients in managing their accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in account support and possess strong accounting and account management skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in account support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling financial data
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist clients in managing their accounts and provide necessary support in account-related matters
• Closely collaborate with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Process and track invoices, payments, and financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a comprehensive database of client information, account activities, and communications
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
• Prepare financial reports and analytics for clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to account management and support
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and account growth
