Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to actively source and recruit IT professionals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job opportunities.
Screening and Evaluation:
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Evaluate candidates' resumes and portfolios to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage communication between candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Maintaining Candidate Database:
Update and maintain an accurate candidate database in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of candidate interactions and progress.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to provide insights for effective recruitment strategies.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Employer Branding:
Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation in the job market.
Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking sessions.
