As a Technical Sales Development Representative you will play a key role in developing the business of companies technical products and maximize revenue.

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Development Representative to join our team in the fastgrowing field of cloud communication infrastructure. In this role you will work closely with crossfunctional teams qualify leads understand clients needs and drive revenue growth through recurring contracts and upselling. As a Technical Sales Development Representative , you will play a key role in developing the business of companies technical products and maximize revenue. We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Development Representative to join our team in the fast-growing field of cloud communication infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, qualify leads, understand clients\' needs, and drive revenue growth through recurring contracts and upselling. Responsibilities : Collaborate with the marketing team about product details for drive revenue growth. Qualify the leads, guide them in depth about the value of the product and convert them into recurring revenue contracts. In depth knowledge and experience in client onboarding. Hands-on experience in product demonstrations in detail. After demonstration , maintain healthy relationship with client and keep in touch with them for their any product related queries and solve it in specific TAT. Building new customer relations and maintaining the existing ones. Upsell / Cross-Sell products and services to existing clients to maximize revenue. Explaining the technical features of a product to customers. Identify the client s particular product requirement , Guide them properly and close the deal. Addressing customer queries and advising them on various technological upgrades Planning and drafting customer proposals. Taking a note of the sales target and achieving the same. Requirements (Must Have) : Bachelor s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Sales Executive, Technical Sales Representative, SaaS Sales or a similar position in the Sales department. Excellent technical understanding of product features and benefits. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good time management and organizational skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly motivated individual. Demonstrating a professional and approachable behavior. Ability to offer excellent customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications (Good to have): Educational background in Computer Science or a related field. Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets. Understanding of the tech industry landscape and trends. Certification or training in sales techniques or related areas.
