Role/ Job Title: L3 Support Engineer

Function/ Department: Information Technology

Job Purpose:

The role entails the responsibility to provide technical leadership for projects throughout the project delivery lifecycle. It will include the creation of technical documentation, ensuring proper resourcing and skills on the project, efficient code management, defining and following best practices for delivering best- in- class solutions for the bank.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in engineering practice and writing high quality code, with expertise in either Java or Groovy or Go.
• Strong understanding and troubleshooting experience in Linux environment.
• Proficient with RDBMS.
• Experience in building microservices.
• Monitoring tools like Grafana, or Prometheus and be able to troubleshoot issues.
• Good knowledge in cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Hand on experience to build and handle VM's, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Master of Science (M.Sc) /Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

Experience: 5 to 10 years
