Job Title Area Business Manager - CF Brief Summary As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring scheme enrollment, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels. Your role will involve collaborating with Store Managers, conducting reviews, and providing strategic inputs to enhance business performance. Additionally, you will be involved in researching and implementing sales events and monitoring query resolution processes.

Interact with Store Managers on a daily basis to ensure effective communication and coordination of new schemes across all stores in the assigned area/region. Review Year-to-Date (YTD) scheme enrollment reports for the assigned area/region and conduct weekly planning and review meetings with Store Managers to identify areas for improvement and devise action plans. Provide valuable inputs on new schemes designed by the Consumer Finance and Retail Operations Head, as required, to enhance their effectiveness and alignment with market trends. Conduct research to support schemes enrollment and sales through events such as exhibitions, identifying suitable stores for implementation based on target achievement. Collaborate with the store/on-ground sales team to ensure the success of the events. Monitor the resolution of Level 1 (L1) queries as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to ensure timely and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries. Conduct interviews for hiring relationship executives, as needed, ensuring the selection of competent professionals who align with the organization's goals and values. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of market and consumer trends, as well as your 5-8 years of experience leading sales or consumer finance in the retail or allied sectors, to drive business growth and achieve targets within the assigned area/region. Desired Skills Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree would be an advantage. Proven experience of 5-8 years in sales or consumer finance, preferably in the retail or allied sectors, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with Store Managers, on-ground sales teams, and other stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to review and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Ability to conduct research and stay updated on market and consumer trends to provide valuable inputs on schemes and strategies. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
