• Real Estate candidates are preferred
• Should have hands on experience in registration process & Customer communication.
• Addressing customers queries related to legal documentation & Sale deed drafts.
• Should be clear on Payment Structure & final reconciliation statement with accounts team.
• Responsible for creating daily scheduled reports from SAP on registrations scheduled/completed and various other reports on need basis.
• Interact with customers and make follow up calls in order to push customer for registration.
• To have clear understanding on the documents required for registration (Katha, EC, K2 Challan & sale deed)
• Follow up with Banks & Customers for the final disbursement.
• Constant follow up emails for those customers who are delaying to complete registration process.
• Proper coordination with team members & advocate office for smooth process to complete the registrations.
• Co-ordinating with Accounts team to update records and financial transactions.
  

Core Responsibilities

• Preparing Registration statements.
• Addressing audit queries post registration.

• Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry.
• Knowledge of Documentation Standards & Clauses.
• Knowledge of real estate related taxation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
