Job description
Candidate will be primarily responsible for managing the daily stores purchases. Should be able to coordinate with suppliers / venders.
Responsibilities
- Your ability to negotiate contract terms with suppliers / vendors and obtain a good deal.
- Negotiate and place purchase orders, track the shipments
- Check on advance & Payments of suppliers / venders
- Perform regular inventory checks and maintain a record of the same
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience from manufacturing industry, preferrable from Tea
- Candidates with knowledge & experience of Interior Designer works.
- Long term approach to work with the organisation
- Knowledge of accounting package "Tally"
- Knowledge of MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook
- Typing Speed : Minimum 40 words per minute
- Proficient in Internet / Google
- Good Negotiation Skills
- 50% or above in Maths
