Designation: Sr. Immigration Consultant

Job type: Full time

Location: Sector- 18, Noida, UP
Time: 10 Am to 6 Pm
Shift time: Only Day shift
Experience: 6 Months to 1 year in sales (Immigration Only)
Qualification: Graduate is must

Salary: Hike on Current CTC + Lucarative Incentives

Requirements:

• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Have minimum 6 Month experience in B2C sale.
• Immigration experience will be plus.
• Able to work with team and individual as well.
• Handling customer queries.
• Maintaining records of bookings & payments.
• Target achiever.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

Job Description:

• Contact with customers who are interested for different types of visa for different countries.
• Help customers to clear their doubts and queries about visa.
• Communication, Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
• Follow up from the customers.
• Able to achieve monthly target.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be knowledgeable about travel destinations, and have experience in sales or customer service. A degree in hospitality and tourism, marketing, or business administration is an asset but not mandatory. Candidates should also be adaptable, resourceful, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
