Job description
Enabling Capability Development by leading a team of specialists and ensuring that the CX
Organization has the right people at the right place at the right time by creating L&D programs,
effective customer communication and insights and leading the upskilling of the CX organisation
Responsibilities -
Build and lead L&D knowledge management process to improve performance, competitive advantage, innovation, the sharing of lessons learned, integration and continuous improvement of the CX organization.
Leads and/or supports development initiatives to improve individual and team performance across the business and enhance employee core capabilities.
Implement training assessment and evaluation methods to measure individual success and program effectiveness, and to continuously improve resources.
Create and implement strategy for developing people management and leadership capabilities . Direct teams in evaluation and development or sourcing necessary content and management of all program timelines.
Lead and direct an effective employee onboarding method.
Oversee the Customer Communication and Insights plan, roll out customer mindset program and build best practice visibility through effective story telling Skills and Experience
Proven leader with at least 5- 10 years of experience in driving enterprise-wide learning initiatives and strategic projects related to Learning and Development
Strong business acumen and exceptional ability to interact effectively cross-functionally with business leaders.
Ability to build strong relationships across a variety of stakeholders, influence others, and manage laterally to outcomes.
Ability to plan, communicate the strategy and pay close attention to detail (i.e., both strategic and execution)
Facilitation/strong presentation skills . Proven Change management Experience
CPTM (Certified Professional in Training Management) preferred.
