Requirements


ob Description Generating Quotes, Proposals, sharing and follow up with customers. Coordinating with all OEMs for Bill of material, prices, discounts etc. Leads distribution received on Portal Tracking sales orders and coordinating with customers for material delivery dates and invoices. Follow up on leads and coordinating with account managers throughout the sales process. Follow up with customers regarding PO Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports Tender Documentation Preparation & Coordination with Sales Team.. Payment Follow up with Customer on coordination of Respective Sales team Member. Excellent Knowledge on Excel & Power Point Requirements Self-learner who is abreast of the latest in technology, competition, and the industry landscape Possess good written and verbal communication skills Pleasing personality and should be a good team player Self-driven individual with the go-getter attitude Personal integrity in commercial dealing and working
