Job description
- The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities
- By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
Roles Responsibilities
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
- Market Research to understand the viability of new businesses.
- Developing and Adopting the company vision to the changing environment.
- Business Analytics
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
Educational qualifications preferred
- Category: Bachelor's Degree
- Field specialization: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- Degree: Bachelor of Engineering - BE, Bachelor of Technology - BTech, Master of Business Administration - MBA
Required work experience
- Years of experience: 1 to 5
Required Skills:
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
