Job description

1. Social Media Optimization (SMO): Manage and optimize our social media presence to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across various platforms.

2. Campaign Management: Plan and execute   digital   marketing   campaigns that align with overall business objectives.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports on the success of   digital   marketing   efforts.

3. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging   digital   marketing   technologies to ensure our strategies remain effective.

4. SMO Analysis & Strategy: Develop and implement effective SMO strategies to improve organic reach, drive traffic, and increase conversions.

5. Content   Marketing : Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals and appeals to our target audience.

6. On-Page and Off-Page Optimization: Execute on-page and off-page optimization techniques to enhance website performance and visibility.

7. Client Handling over all the platforms (Chat, video & call)

8. Social Media content creation for posts that does over the web or social platforms.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in   Marketing , Communications, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 03 years and maximum of 04 years of experience in   digital   marketing , with a focus on both SEO and SMO.

3. Proven track record of successful SEO and SMO strategies that have driven measurable results.

4. Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and social media management platforms.

5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

8. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
