Job Title: IT Support Analyst Junior (EE)Your roleDo you have a knack for technology Do you have an analytic mind Are you a shrewd evaluator of risk We re looking for someone like that who can: independently working organizer to gather all necessary information to perform a scan conduct initiation meetings with IT as well as Data Owners from Business Manage and support SLA driven sensitive data detection production operations on a day to day basis Manage and support remediation activities in coordination with data source owners and project team Support corrective actions and issue resolution for business users Handle support Tickets using GSNOW Prepare SOPs, support documents and training material to assist operations Generate production operations and remediation reports to manage, track and report status handle queries / clarifications from Requestor / Application Team for the respective Detection Request demonstrate strong investigative and analytical skillsYour team You will be working in a global team that manages and performs Sensitive Data Detections and Investigation, which is embedded within the Group Technology. The team is responsible to detect, identify and protect Client Identifying Data (CID) stored within the bank's software components and applications in accordance with international legal requirements and various UBS policies.Your experience and skillsYou have: experience in a similar position prior experience working with multiple teams (local, virtual/global) and ability to co-ordinate and manage tasks good analysis skills good communication and interpersonal skills prior working experience in Banking and/or Finance industries the ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude Basic or advanced know how of JIRA, Service Now Basic knowledge of BigID or any other data leakage prevention / detection platform Proactive personality and ready to handle and improvise day to day issues Good communication skills to manage customersYou are: keen to serve the client through a team approach, drawing upon the know-how of other specialists a strong communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels able to apply technical understanding to practical problems a result-oriented worker, with the ability to set priorities known for hitting deadlines adaptable, able to work across teams and functions comfortable work independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment apply technical understanding to practical problems a results oriented worker, with ability to set prioritiesAbout usExpert advice.
