The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in battery trade and have a proven track record of international sales success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. ** Develop and Execute Sales Strategies :** Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive export revenue growth in the battery trade sector.
2. ** International Market Expansion: ** Identify and penetrate new international markets for battery products through market research, networking, and relationship building.
3. ** Customer Relationship Management :** Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. ** Exhibition Management :** Coordinate participation in international exhibitions and trade shows to showcase our products, expand brand visibility, and generate leads.
5. ** Negotiation and Contracting :** Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable business deals while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
6. ** Team Leadership :** Lead and motivate the export sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
7. ** Market Analysis :** Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
8. ** Documentation and Compliance :** Ensure all export documentation and regulatory requirements are met to facilitate smooth international transactions.
** Requirements: **
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
2. Proven experience in export sales within the battery trade industry.
3. Strong understanding of international trade regulations and documentation.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to travel internationally for exhibitions and client meetings.
6. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
7. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
