Job description
We are looking for employ who can manage all HR Operations such as Requirement Process, Payrolls, New Policies, and Implementation of Strategies for better performance of revenue also willing to work in under pressure.
Roles Responsibilities
- Maintaining records, updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave.
- Preparing and changing where necessary HR documents and communicating with external partners. Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
Required Skills
- Previous administrative experience is essential and Understanding various HR software systems, like HRMS.
- Being organized and able to priorities is vital, as is having good communicative and relationship building skills.
- Computer literate with programmers such as word, excel, etc. Good understanding of labor laws. Organizational skills and ability to priorities.
