We are looking for a talented, hands-on, and self-directed person to lead the graphic design team in the marketing team. He/She will lead the creative creation process – from conception through design to delivery for all our marketing initiatives. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the creative creation process – from conception through design to delivery for all our marketing initiatives, and play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our digital financial solutions. You can read more about our products & services - Role: Senior Graphic Designer Location: Gurgaon Responsibilities: You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and consistent creatives for email, social media, App, Digital, Print, and Outdoor Media. You will create innovative designs to deliver the key message across platforms whilst demonstrating a user-centric approach and within the product guidelines. You will be mentoring and guiding the design team and ensuring creatives are delivered as per defined timelines. You will set the bar for creative excellence and maintain consistency. You will drive best practices and continuous improvement and provide recommendations for creative innovation. Minimum Qualifications Required: You must have 6+ years of relevant experience. You must have hands-on experience working on digital media creatives, including emailers and social media posts. You must be proficient with Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe Photoshop, and sketching. You should have the eye for detail and the ability to conceptualize. You must be ambitious and willing to work in an extremely passionate, high-growth, result-oriented environment.
