Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding our customer base in international markets through effective communication, negotiation, and new business development. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in software services sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets
- Research and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats
- Identify and qualify leads and prospects to determine their needs and budget
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to establish trust and credibility
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients with a focus on effective communication and negotiation skills
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Attend international trade shows, conferences, and events to network and build relationships with potential clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management
- Develop new business opportunities through innovative and strategic approaches
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in software services sales, preferably in international markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record in new business development
