The Role Your Responsibilities Will Include - Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue potential clients who require legal services.
- Consultative Sales: Understand clients' unique needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their legal requirements. Educate clients on the benefits and advantages of our services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the legal landscape,
- ensuring that you are well-informed to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Sales Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions and
- outcomes, using the company's CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about services, pricing, and promotions to
- effectively communicate this information to potential and existing clients.
Ideal Profile - You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Other Services industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of sales and cold calling
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
