Job description

We are looking for Competitive and Result-oriented Account Manager who have good background in Software Product & Projects and can implement a mix of IT Marketing, Account management skills intelligently to ensure customer relationships, understand customer needs, fulfill customer needs by driving the teams internally and do account mining to increase the business with the
customer.


Job Summary -

You will utilize strong communication skills to proactively manage and grow
the relationship with our IT product and project customers.

You will need to understand the current business challenges and pain areas of customers to make sure we offer appropriate solutions to the customer to address their needs.

You should be a single point of contact for the customer from Tekdi Technologies
related to projects, commercials, escalations etc.

You will use all your
marketing and customer management skills to ensure the ongoing business is
retained and grown further as per the target set.

Understand the sales process and buying a cycle, understand our service in depth and communicate the same to
the potential clients.

Selected candidates will report to the CEO to determine necessary strategic
goals, build trust and cultivate solid relationships with prospects and
clients. Integrity, vision and passion are essential for this role.

Key Result Areas -

* Manage accounts worth 5CR INR revenue
* Achieve increase of at least 25% of revenue every year for the accounts
managed
* Proactively address customer concerns and escalations, providing timely
resolution to issues.
* Manage escalations at his / her level and not cascade to senior management
* Collaborate with Project, Marketing & Sales, Product, Support team for all
the activities related to accounts managed,
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products
or services to existing customers.
* Conduct regular business reviews with customers to review performance,
identify areas for improvement, and discuss future opportunity
* Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other documents to customers
as needed.
* Conduct competitor analysis

Essentials Skills -

* At least 5 Years of recent experience of account management from IT
Services
* Excellent written and Spoken English - Articulate, confident communicator
and presenter
* Ability to mine existing accounts
* Good to have background on selling products and services related to Ed Tech
domain and surrounding ecosystem
* Good to have experience of working with Govt sector customers
* Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the IT
industry.
* Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software,
hardware, networking, and cloud solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
rapport and trust with customers.
* Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and provide customized
solutions.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing
deals and achieving sales targets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in tools like Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Google Application suite.
* Able to manage and take along the team in meeting organizational level
target and goals
* Should have a strong understanding of sales process like RFP, Tender
processing etc.

* Technical product knowledge
* Awareness of competitor activities in the sector you work
