The world needs more Intrepid people: As the heart and soul of our Office and Leader department, you will play a crucial part in ensuring everything operates smoothly and effectively.
In this position, you will provide valuable administrative support to various departments, with a special focus on HR and Operations. You will also assist members of the Management Group, helping them with their daily tasks and responsibilities. Your duties may vary, ranging from routine tasks to handling unexpected situations as they arise. Flexibility is key in this role, as you will be called upon to adapt to different needs and prioritize accordingly.
Be at the centre of it all as we work together to create a thriving and dynamic work environment. Your contribution as an Admin Coordinator will be invaluable in keeping our operations seamless.
This is a permanent, full-time position located in our office in New Delhi, India!

- Experienced and efficient in office administration (1 - 2 years)
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in organizing events is an advantage
- Experience in analysis and creating reports
- Ability to retain confidentiality
- Able to prioritize and manage own workload
- Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)
