Overall Purpose

Supporting the Regional HR for all human resource activities in the region. Specifically, recruitment, employee engagement activities, Learning & Development, HR Operations in line with policies and procedures, and implementation of Performance Management Processes

• Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Knowledge

• HR Policies & Processes.
• HR functional knowledge:
• Recruitment & Selection,
• Compensation & benefits – Pay structure, bonus/incentive plans, income tax, pay related legal requirements.

Expected years of experience

- 3+ years experience in Human Resources.

Educational Qualifications

• Graduates Degree from a reputed University/Institute

• MBA / MSW ( Specialisation in HR) - Preferred
