Job description

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Methods, Assets, and Quality Management to lead our organization's efforts in optimizing delivery processes, managing assets, and ensuring quality across various business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency in project delivery, while also overseeing the management of organizational assets and driving a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

Your role in our mission

Develop and implement methods and processes to optimize project delivery across various business units, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

Lead the development of a method playbook that encompasses project management methodologies, processes, tools, and templates tailored to the organization's needs.

Develop clear and concise documentation, including process flows, guidelines, and templates, to facilitate the implementation of the method playbook across projects, programs, towers and business units (M&O, IP, CX, Engineering etc.,)

Establish and maintain a repository of reusable assets, methodologies, and templates to streamline project execution and facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams.

Define and implement quality management frameworks, standards, and metrics to ensure that projects meet or exceed client expectations and adhere to established quality benchmarks.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and automation, and champion the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance delivery capabilities.

Provide strategic guidance and leadership to a team of methods, assets, and quality management professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Monitor and analyze delivery performance and quality metrics, identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to build capabilities and awareness around delivery methods, assets, and quality management practices across the organization.

Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that programs adhere to established methodologies, standards, and best practices, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Develop and implement an organization-wide quality management strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met or exceeded across all delivery processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles having 20+ years of IT experience which includes US Healthcare/Medicaid experience, with at least 5 years of experience in methods, assets, and quality management, preferably in a technology-driven organization.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, delivery processes, and quality management principles, with experience in implementing and managing complex projects and programs.

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing methods, assets, and quality management frameworks, standards, and processes to drive operational excellence and quality improvement.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and develop talent to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve delivery performance and quality.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively and drive results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
