Job description

Responsibilities:

Assisting in hiring and training of new employees

Driving the team and setting clear targets to ensure recruitment training and development of agents.

Goal achievement and campaigning

Preparing sales reports every month.

Onfield work to reach the maximum customer

Focus on sales Team Management Geographical coverage & managing the spread

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Graduate / MBA

Experience: 1 to 4 years of Sales & Marketing

Age: Min 21 Years Max 38 Years
