Job Description:
As a Business Analyst at Upsquare, you will play a critical role in helping our company make data-driven decisions and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, create reports, and provide actionable insights. Your work will have a direct impact on our business strategy and success.
Key Responsibilities: Stay up-to-date with competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
Define and document business requirements.
Define clear and comprehensive acceptance criteria that align with business goals and user
expectations - product release acceptance criteria.
Assist in the design and implementation of business processes and workflows.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective data integration and system enhancements.
Provide recommendations and insights to support decision-making.
Monitor project progress and report on project status to management.
Looking for someone who has experience in Mobile Apps Division
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of industry-standard business analysis methodologies.
Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
