Job description

Job Purpose:
The sales Executive is responsible for driving sales in accordance with the company's objectives. The sales team is the main driver of the business. The sales executive's role is to Identify new customers to promote the business of the company. Being a brand ambassador and front face of the company, he should be aware of the complete product range and services of the company. He should also possess sound knowledge about each product and be able to provide the right solutions to the client as per the requirement.

Responsibilities :

ï'·To achieve the revenue targets from the assigned territory.
ï'·Timely collection of payments from the client.
ï'·To have complete knowledge of Elixir product, Business Cycle, and Business policy including pricing.
ï'·Lead generation for the assigned Territory and updating in the CRM on a daily basis without fail.
ï'·Builds business in the assigned territory by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
ï'·To have complete knowledge of the competition's products, clients, Pricing, and Payment conditions and should make them available for management whenever expected.
ï'·To Identify product improvements or new product expectations as per current industry trends, and market activities by competitors and keep the management updated about the same.
ï'·To generate inquiries and orders from the customers, enter them into the system and keep them updated and follow up with the design and production team on a regular basis till it is received by the customer.
ï'·To be one point of contact for the client for all kinds of Server Racks, Networks Racks, and Networking Cables needs from Elixir Network.
ï'·To handle customers' queries and complaints about the assigned territory.
ï'·To earn a minimum of 4 stars out of 5 as a customer rating to Elixir on our website and social media handles.
ï'·Willing to take up the new area assigned as per the company's expansion plan.
ï'·Timely reporting and setting an example by working as a team as part of Elixir Culture.
ï'·Monthly at least two testimonial videos/writing of new or existing clients.

Education:

ï'·B.A/B.Com/BBA or equivalent in the field of sales.
ï'·Minimum 3 years of experience in any manufacturing/Service company is must.
ï'·Working knowledge of computers and modern communication devices
