Job description

Job Responsibilities:
Design and lead the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution solution based on enterprise business requir ements and IT strategies
Design solutions using 'œBest of Breed' business practices utilizing the Apriso Software suite of products, including requirements gathering, scope definition, solution architecture, gap identification and gap resolution
Guide an enterp rise implementations and global rollouts together with program and project managers
Contribute to project risk management at propo sal stage and throughout project, making plans to mitigate them and communicate to Project Manager
Lead functional workshops inclu ding co leading business process council workshops, ensuring Apriso Best Practice is adopted and communicated effectively
Gather a nd consolidate business requirements
Create and update functional documentation: designs, specifications, etc.
Support Project M anagers & Business Analysts regarding functional aspects of the project
Analyze enterprise business drivers to determine correspon ding change requirements
Develop a solution strategy on the evolution of the enterprise application from current to future state
Coordinate solution architecture implementation and modification activities
Document all solution architecture design and analysi s work
Work closely with project office to ensure alignment of plans with what is being delivered
Managing cases, requests and e nhancements using online tools and processes
Ensuring that client systems are fully operational, and any loss of service is restor ed in a timely and efficient manner
Providing a high level of service to our customers and adhering to our strict SLAs for respons e and restoration times
Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, major incident management
Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customizations
Create productive relationships with and between key stakeholders
Ensu re that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy
Preparing maintenance pla ns and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems
Creation and distribution of knowledge and information with other team m embers and the company
Providing assistance and cover for other team members where requiredTools / Skills Tools Skill :
Ex perience with Apriso MES/MOM technology in the solution architecture space
5-8 years of overall MES experience on Delmia Apriso 9. X to 2023
Very good understanding Screen framework
Development and Architect skills in the use of Dassault/Apriso's 'œProcess Bui lder' (PB) and 'œGlobal Process Manager' (GPM)
SAP integration projects for industrial organization (SAP PP, MM, SD, WM modules
Experience in managing full end to end MES implementation using Delmia Apriso 9.X or 2016
Good Knowledge of Delmia Apriso product, Process Builder, Global Process Manager, Machine Integrator and Business Integrator
Good understanding of ERP integration and sho p floor systems (e.g OPC) integration
Knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution System), MO (Manufacturing Operations) concepts/sy stems & Plant Automation Controls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture r equirements
Good understanding of DevOps methodology. Database: RDBMS / MS SQL SERVER/ORACLEOS: Windows/ LinuxDomain: Aer ospace/Defense/Metal/Manufacturing/Energy/O&GMust have: Understanding of ISA 95 guidelinesSoft Skills 1.
