Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Coordinator at Jigyaasa International Preschools located in Baner, Pune. The Coordinator will oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations at the center, including supervising staff, maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment for children, managing finances and supplies, and communicating with parents and stakeholders. The Coordinator will also collaborate with the management team to ensure overall success of the preschool.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education or related field
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• An ability to handle conflict and manage stressful situations
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Social Work, Psychology or related field
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of local and state regulations related to early childhood education
