About This Opportunity The job of the developer role includes development activities (requirement analysis, application design & development, automation of unit testcases, integration in CI CD, tools / simulators, Product Lifecycle Management support & product documentation). Our focus is on Agile ways of working. We prioritize in multi-functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing will be part of the daily work. This job provides an opportunity to work on innovative technologies, latest 5G product development on Cloud native technologies.

What You Will Do As Software Developer, you will be part of Operations Manager Controller [OMC] product development team used in Ericsson's Cloud Native Infra Structure product, a critical node in Ericsson's 5G portfolio.

You will bring - Proficiency in developing optimized code with excellent programming skills in Python
- In depth knowledge & hands-on cloud native application development experience in
- Cloud Native Architecture & Microservice Architecture
- Related stacks (RSYSLOG, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Prometheus, Flask, Gunicorn, NGINX, service registry, VMs, etc.)
- Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Linux based Operating Systems and Rest APIs
- Well versed with virtualization concepts including docker, Kubernetes, virtual machine, Linux Containers & hypervisors
- Ability to develop feature/module through concept, design, consistency to architecture guidelines
- Good experience in writing & automation of Unit & functional test cases in Python using Robot framework & integration in CI CD environment using Jenkins
- Experienced in Triaging faults from test teams / customer sites & provide resolution
- Experienced in requirements analysis, working with architecture teams to author software design & test strategy documentation
- Strong analytical & programming skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to efficiently collaborate with multiple teams across geographically diverse areas.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, Git, Gitlab, Gerrit and use of JIRA for efficient task management
