The Position
This position will report to the Senior Manager, Demand Planning and will closely work and liaise with Regulatory, Quality and Controlling teams for alignment with inventory planning with LTF, regulatory, Procurement, etc.
Tasks & Responsibilities - E2E supply and demand planning for Animal Health product SKUs for India & BNS markets.
- Managing country level demand/supply/distribution/inventory planning
- To ensure market supply by periodically conducting demand Planning (demand Reviews),
- Liaoning with the Supplying sites for ensuring supplies and dispatching the goods as per the requirements.
- Improvements in SCM KPIs like inventory days, shelf expiries, forecast accuracy, Global freight/distribution costs, OTIF, Supply impacts etc.
- Driving Sales and operations planning meeting and other discussions with relevant stakeholders
- Entering orders in the system based on fully completed SISO file (received from business) and ensuring zero back orders and sales loss and documenting the exceptions.
- Perform Subcontracting PR/PO/STO activities as per TAT.
- Maintain the system health and accuracy of planning system.
- Internal and external stakeholder management.
- Zero back orders and stock out
- Zero destruction
- Minimize MAPE (forecasting error)
- Optimize absolute Inventory and Inventory days of forward cover.
- Master data management and system health
- TAT for subcon POs
Requirements - Education: bachelor's degree, master's degree (e.g., MBBS, MSC), Graduate (Engineers Preferred), Added advantage if holds post graduate / MBA.
- 5+ years in supply chain management ( Preferably worked in Pharma Company)
- MS Office Tools, ERP (SAP) knowledge, SAP APO knowledge, knowledge of supply chain regulations, Profound communications skills, working within a matrix organization, team player, stakeholder management.
- Willing to move onsite at Mumbai office.
