Position: Sales Manager - FMCG (Cleaning & Sanitation Products)
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (with travel to upcountry regions) Company: Atlas Commodities Pvt. Ltd. Atlas Commodities Pvt. Ltd., a leader in the FMCG sector specializing in cleaning and sanitation products, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive our expansion in Mumbai and upcountry. This role is pivotal in developing new markets within the general trade sector and building a high-performing sales team under your leadership. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to enter new markets and achieve sales targets. - Identify and pursue business opportunities in the FMCG sector, with a focus on cleaning and sanitation products. - Build and maintain relationships with key players in the general trade market. - Recruit, train, and lead a sales team to ensure achievement of sales objectives. - Provide market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. - Appoint distributors with wide coverage across Mumbai, Maharashtra and other neighbouring states. Requirements: - A minimum of 5 years’ experience in FMCG sales, with a successful track record in the cleaning and sanitation sector. - Proven ability in team development and leadership. - Strong network within Mumbai and upcountry general trade markets. - Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Willingness to travel extensively.
