Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with the aim of generating interest in our financial services.
• Introduce and explain the range of financial products and services offered by the company.
• Understand the financial needs and requirements of potential clients through effective questioning and active listening.
• Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and promotions.
• Maintain a database of leads, follow-up calls, and appointments in the CRM system.
• Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
