About The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect specializing in payment processing solutions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architecting and developing robust payment processing solutions, with extensive experience in full stack development, particularly in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Python. Additionally, the candidate must possess a deep understanding of PCI regulations and compliance requirements.
Primary Responsibilities: • Architect, design, and develop innovative and secure payment processing solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with PCI regulations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and provide guidance on best practices for payment processing solutions. • Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack solutions, utilizing Java, Spring Boot, AWS services, and Python to deliver high-quality, performant, and secure payment processing applications. • Conduct regular code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to payment processing and PCI compliance and incorporate relevant advancements into solution designs. • Other responsibilities as assigned by direct manager. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on payment processing solutions. • Extensive experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Python, AWS services (such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) • Experience with writing Integration Tests with frameworks like Junit and Mockito. • Strong proficiency with Postgres (or any relational database like MySQL/Oracle) and Messaging Frameworks such as Kafka, AMQ, RabbitMQ. • Proven track record of architecting and delivering secure, scalable, high-performance payment processing applications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to anticipate and mitigate technical challenges. • Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with DevOps practices. • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, PCI Professional) are a plusJob tags
